Novus
Project execution. Nothing left unchecked.
Plan what’s next, talk it through, and keep up as things change.
Each product is free for 30 days during the beta. Nothing is charged.
Owned
Every activity belongs to a team, from whichever company does it, and every project has Owners who answer for the whole.
Open or Managed
Work as one shared team, or give people roles and review changes before they reach the plan. You choose, per project.
Traced
When work slips, Novus shows what waits on it, and by how much, before anything moves.
Across companies
One plan for everyone on the work — whoever they work for.
Most project tools are built for one company’s own work. Real projects aren’t: an agency and its client, a contractor and its trades, a brand and its vendors. Novus puts all of them on one plan, each person on their own account.
Bring in whoever does the work
Add people from any company to the teams they work on, or invite a supplier or client onto just the one task that needs them.
Changes from outside are reviewed
On a Managed project, a change waits for an Owner or the team's lead, with what it would move shown first. A move that reaches too far into other teams goes to an Owner.
Everyone sees their part
People see their own work and what it depends on or hands to, and hear only about changes to their own dates. Nobody sees the rest of another company's work.
Priya works for Vela Payments, the supplier. She tells @Novus the API is three days late, in her team's own chat.
How it works
Stop chasing updates. The plan keeps up with the work.
If your week goes to asking where things stand and reconciling the answers with the plan, Novus turns that around: the people doing the work say what changed where they already talk, and the schedule follows — dated, on the record, and reviewed first when the project calls for it.

@Novus, in every chat.
In a team chat, @Novus files a status — straight onto an Open project’s schedule, or to an admin for review on a Managed one. In a board’s admin chat, it changes the schedule — move work, build a plan, add the links — and tells you exactly what moved.

Say it in the chat
Type @Novus and the slip, in your own words. No form, no meeting.
Reviewed, where you want review
On a Managed project it arrives For Review with what it would move, and an admin decides. On an Open one it goes straight on.
It lands on the plan
It becomes a dated Notice; the work after it moves, and it’s kept in Records with who filed it, who decided and why.
Governance
Open or Managed — and everyone sees their part.
Not every project is a controlled delivery programme. Start one as a shared workspace, or with roles and review — and change it later as the work grows. Either way, every change is dated and kept on the record.
Open
A shared workspace
- Everyone on the project can plan, edit and update all of the work.
- No team roles to manage, and nothing waits for approval.
- Bring people in with one invite link.
Managed
Roles and review
- Owners, team admins and members, each with their own responsibilities.
- People see the work they're part of, and what touches it.
- A teammate's change is reviewed before it reaches the plan, with what it would move shown first.
Permissions follow the work
Not folders and static sharing: you see your tasks and the work they depend on or hand to — the context you need, without the whole project.
Outsiders get one task
An External Collaborator — a supplier, an inspector, a client — sees the task they're on and nothing past its neighbours.
Built for many companies
For delivery where the people on a project don't all work for the same company — closer to how real projects run than workspace permissions.
The whole Project
Everything, because the owner is the one person answerable for the whole programme.
Try it
Nothing moves until someone decides.
One overrun on a house. Novus works out what it reaches, what it doesn’t, and what happens to the handover — then waits. Accept a task and see what follows.
